G1 has a dedicated team of engineers to maintain each individual system.
G1 engineers carry out a comprehensive survey and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) regime on the whole system.
G1 submits a report detailing the faults and recommendations of all equipment (with location, make and model).
G1 presents and reviews this at the client's offices.
G1 engineers submit their detailed report after each scheduled PPM, having completed:
G1 has a dedicated 24-hour maintenance call-out number. An engineer will either attend site or provide phone support within the agreed call-out response time.
Engineers will submit reports on each visit, for signing off by nominated individuals where this has been requested. Quotations for work that falls outside the maintenance agreement will be issued within 72 hours.
G1's approach is that when our engineers are working on-site, they represent your business. They are smartly presented and wear a company logo polo shirt or jacket. Planned maintenance visits are arranged in consultation with you.
G1 offers one-year, three-year, and five-year maintenance agreements. Call-out options are for weekdays only (24 hours) or for seven days a week (24 hours).
G1 is happy to discuss the length of agreement and response times to suit your specific needs.
